Concorde India, a leading real estate development company, wanted to create a landing page to promote their new residential project in Bangalore. The requirements were a modern and visually appealing landing page design that showcases the key features of the residential project.

The Wireframe
I started the design process by sketching out ideas and developing a wireframe for the landing page. The wireframe was designed to provide an easy-to-navigate user interface, with a focus on displaying the key features of the residential project. The team used a minimalist approach, with a simple color palette, high-quality visuals, and clear typography to create a modern and visually appealing design.
The Design
With the user needs in mind, we began the design and development phase of the project. We created a modern, minimalist design that made use of high-quality visuals to showcase the project.
The landing page featured a full-width banner image that showcased the project, along with a clear and concise headline and a call-to-action button to encourage users to learn more. Below the banner, we included a section that highlighted some of the key features of the project, along with various features, floor plans and amenities highlighted to educate the user about the project.
We also included an easy-to-use contact form that allowed users to quickly and easily get in touch with Concorde to learn more about the project.
The Results
The new landing page was a success, with users praising its modern design and easy-to-use interface. The landing page generated a significant increase in leads, with more users filling out the contact form to learn more about the project.
