Problem
The company has been in business for over 60 years and has a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
However, Hartex did not have an e-commerce website, which meant that customers could only purchase their products through retailers. This limited the company's reach and made it difficult for customers to find their products.
Solution
The Hartex Tyres e-commerce website was designed with the following goals in mind:
Simplicity: The website was designed to be simple and easy to use. The navigation was clear and concise, and the product pages were well-organized.
Trustworthiness: The website was designed to look professional and trustworthy. The use of high-quality images and videos helped to create a positive impression of the company.
Convenience: The website was designed to be convenient for customers to use. The checkout process was simple and easy to follow, and the website offered a variety of payment options.
The Wireframe
Thorough research and planning were conducted by the UX team to shape the design and functionality of the website. A solid structure and hierarchy were established for easy navigation and organization. A visual blueprint was created, focusing on element placement and functionality.
The Design
The interface was designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, optimized for different devices. A visually appealing and consistent look and feel was developed, incorporating Hartex Tyres' branding elements. Interactive prototypes were created and user feedback was collected for further refinement. The approved design was translated into a functional website, implementing features such as product listings, search functionality, and payment integration.
